Smoked Chicken, Pulled Pork, Country Style Ribs
    All slowly smoked in oil drum cookers.  We use both charcoal and mesquite wood.  Marinated in a dry rub and, or, dressing, we never cook with sauce, but do offer it on the side. 
    About once a month we hold public BBQ's at our store.  We offer take out platters along with your choice of pork or chicken. 
     We smoke Thanksgiving and Christmas Turkeys. 
Orders only.
        We also offer catering for events.
